Every decision goes through five questions, in order
- 1Is there a standing approval on file?Do it and log it

What it does for me
I speak to one coordinating session, the Chief of Staff. It passes my words to the team that owns the work. The team then does the research, drafting or building. I get a record I can read and a short list of decisions that are mine.
The test: does it take work off my desk without taking decisions off my desk?
What stays with me
The AI does the work; I make the decisions. Anything involving money, legal matters or a message going out waits for me.

- Creating a team Creating a team is a decision that stays with me. The set-up skill reads back to me what it understood, and nothing is written until I have confirmed it.
- Giving a team access to my personal mailbox A team reaches my personal mailbox only through one controlled route, with one on or off switch per team. Only I turn it on; until I do, the team has no access.
- Anything for an outside audience This site: every change to its words needs my say. Nothing goes live without my go.
- Sending, paying, signing and publishing A mail for anyone else is written as a draft, and it waits until I read it. It leaves only when I approve it, and nothing is forwarded.

What went wrong, and what I changed
The full accountMy first assistant for my personal mailbox was too fast, so I stopped that team until a review. Every team now works from written rules, and nothing is sent without me.
